Wine Tasting Dinners

Add an extra dimension to your night out with one of our wine tasting evenings. Parties of 2 to 10 can enjoy an informal, tutored wine tasting around our Tasting Table in Sideways Wine Store. This is followed by dinner in Calistoga.  The prices are -

30 minute tasting - £27 per person including 3 course dinner and coffee

30 minute tasting - £32 per person including  3 course dinner, cheese w/ Starboard and coffee

90 minute tasting - £30 per person including canapés w/ tasting, 3 course dinner and coffee

90 minute tasting - £35 per person including canapés w/ tasting, 3 course dinner, cheese w/ Starboard and coffee

Asian-style Tomato Gazpacho

Parma Ham wrapped Goats Cheese w/ baby potato and tomato stew

Sesame Salmon and Seaweed Spring Roll w/ sweet chilli aioli

Asparagus, Baby Spinach, Freash Fig and Beetroot Salad w/ walnut vinaigrette

Mains

Chunky Pork Chop w/ turmeric curried mash and pea and pine nut salsa

Seared Duck Breast w/ sweet potato champ and corn relish

Japanese peppered Tuna w/ lemon sticky rice and pickled ginger sauce

Chargrilled Summer Vegetables w/ roast plum tomatoes, basil leaves, buffalo mozzarella & radishrooms

Grilled Sea Bream w/ basil and beet potato salad and a lime mango sauce

Desserts

All Spiced Apple and Frangipane Tart

Vanilla Pod Crème Caramel w/ mango & mint salsa

Cinnamon and Blueberry Pancake Cheesecake
