Calistoga's Loyalty Program

Our new loyalty card program starts on 1st August 2011. This is an electronic points system where you get your own swipe card and online account just like the big chains.

Here are the details -

• pick up an "Old Faithful" card next time you are in
• fill out the simple details form
• get points from day one
• create your own online account
• see your points build up.

Rules

• points are awarded for food spend only (due to licensing laws, we cannot be seen to be rewarding alcohol sales)
• each pound spent gives you 1 point from our regular menu
• lunch and early dining gives you one point for every 2 pounds spent
• all our Christmas menus give a similar 1 point for every £2 spent
• get full points for any gift voucher purchase on your own card
• maximum of 400 points given on any one card at one time (larger bills can be split between more people)
• no points are available if booking through any third party that may be available or advertised
• points are valid for 2 years from the date you received them.

Redemption

• you can redeem your points any day apart from Saturday evenings
• just tell us before asking for the bill.

Points

• 250 points gives you a free bottle of house wine with dinner (normally £12.50)
• 500 points gives you a free 3 course dinner for 1 including coffee (normally £25.50)
• 750 points gives you a Presidential Wine Tasting for 1 (normally £41)
• 1250 points gives you a Sentatorial Wine Tasting for 2 (normally £72)
• 2500 points gives you a Napa Valley Tasting Menu for 2 (normally £136).

Remember your points can also be exchanged for gift vouchers if you want to give them to somebody as a present.

Old Calistoga Card

• we shall honour any full loyalty cards that are brought in over the next 3 months (end October 2011)
• any partially-filled cards can be swapped for points on the new scheme on a 50 points for each box ticked. This will be available until end December 2011
• after end December 2011, we shall no longer accept any of the old loyalty cards.

Final Bit

• offer can be withdrawn at any time (but we are not expecting to do so)
• Manager's say is final!
